Objective of Job

Responsible for the creative output of the agency, ensuring it matches the brief and reflects the attitude and standards of the agency.

The Person

We’re looking for a driven and creative person who has a strong design portfolio and a track record in managing people and projects. You will be full of fresh ideas and keen to take responsibility for the direction and standard of our work.

You will be self-motivated and able to manage your own workflow efficiently as well as having a hand on the rudder of the studio’s creative output. You will be abreast with the contemporary design landscape and willing to execute design that inspires clients and their audiences.

Specific Tasks - Essential

  • Periodically devise ‘big picture’ campaign ideas and long-term strategy
  • Consistently turn out well executed design for day-to-day comms
  • Work well with client services team on implementation of day-to-day briefs
  • Help and nurture mid-weight designer with guidance and support
  • Write and create design presentations
  • Attend client meetings and present design work

Specific Tasks - Preferable

  • Contribute to new business plans and strategy
  • Contribute ideas and occasional pieces of writing for the agency’s own output
  • Build relationships with new business prospects
  • Write and submit awards entries

Remuneration

You will receive competitive pay, private health care, a pension and 25 days holiday following a probationary period.
