As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering marketing strategies for retail and leisure clients.

An excellent communicator, internally and externally, you will have experience in delivering basic campaigns both on and offline that will surprise and delight our clients and their customers and ready to take the next step.
You will need to be highly motivated and organised as you will need to be able to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Working in a creative environment where no two days are the same, you could be
managing the delivery of an event, planning a photoshoot, creating engaging
content, speaking to journalists, briefing other departments or preparing reports as part of an experienced team in any given week.


  • Working closely with the Account Director to develop, coordinate, deliver
    and report on multiple strategies.
  • Site visits for client and retailer meetings.
  • Delivery of social and digital content for multiple clients
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of marketing initiatives to internal and
    external stakeholders.
  • Building relationships with retailers, suppliers, clients, and other
  • Budget planning and maintenance
  • Prepare regular reports on digital and onsite activities.
  • Event management support

Requirements and skills

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience - essential

  • Work experience as a Marketing Assistant, Key Account Handler, Junior
    Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key
    stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • The ability to multitask multiple projects, while maintaining sharp attention
    to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms (WordPress, Sendible, Canva, Google
    Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and
  • Ability to use reels, stories and other content platforms.

Experience – desired

  • Degree in marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in an agency environment

  • Influencer management

  • Media Planning
  • Copywriting
  • Knowledge of Google Ads


  • Driving license and car
  • 2 years’ experience in marketing or relevant degree with work experience.
