    Marketing Account Executive (6-Month Contract, with Potential for Permanent Position)
    Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (Dependent on Experience)
    Location: Hybrid (3 days in our Mid Sussex office, 2 remote)

    The Role
    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding social media channels for multiple client accounts. Your duties will include creating engaging content, scheduling posts, analysing performance metrics, and producing insightful reports to enhance our digital presence.

    In addition to social media management, you will support campaigns, events, and seasonal activations while nurturing strong relationships with clients, retailers, and stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a diverse role; one day you may be on-site at a shopping centre, and the next, diving deep into campaign analytics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow social media channels for diverse clients.
    • Create captivating content, including blogs and campaign copy.
    • Monitor, report, and analyse digital performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
    • Build trustworthy relationships with clients, retailers, and partners.
    • Conduct regular site visits to support activations and events.

    What You’ll Need

    • Relevant experience in marketing and social media (agency or client-side preferred).
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
    • Attention to detail and a flair for creativity.
    • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (frequent client visits are required).
