    Marketing Account Executive (6-Month Contract, Potential to Go Permanent)
    Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (DOE)
    Location: Hybrid (3 days in our Mid Sussex office, 2 remote)

    This is an exciting 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent – the perfect chance to prove yourself in a fast-paced, creative environment and make a real impact.

    The Role
    You’ll be the go-to person for managing and growing social media channels across multiple client accounts. From creating engaging content and scheduling posts, to analysing performance and producing insightful reports – you’ll own the digital conversation.

    Beyond social, you’ll support on campaigns, events, and seasonal activations while building strong relationships with clients, retailers, and stakeholders. This role requires someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and thrives on variety – one day you could be on-site at a shopping centre, the next deep-diving into campaign analytics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow social media channels for multiple clients
    • Create engaging content, blogs, and campaign copy
    • Monitor, report, and analyse digital performance
    • Work with the Account Manager to deliver projects on time and on budget
    • Build trusted relationships with clients, retailers, and partners
    • Regular site visits to support activations and events

    What You’ll Need

    • Experience in marketing and social media (agency or client-side)
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects
    • Confident using Microsoft Office and social platforms
    • Strong attention to detail and creative flair
    • Full driving licence and access to a car (regular client visits required)
