I’m delighted to announce that Savills has appointed FrogBox Marketing to provide full service marketing communications for Saxon Square shopping centre in Christchurch.
Having recently been purchased by property investors RREEF, plans are afoot to refurbish the scheme and FrogBox has been tasked with creating a visual brand to be used on hoardings and advertising whilst managing all aspects of refurbishment PR.
Our strategy focused on building relationships with key organisations in the town as well as the community which the centre serves.
Our first major job will be to organise and execute a public consultation of the refurbishment plans ahead of planning permission being granted.
