Everyone has worked very hard this year and FrogBox has grown as a result. Therefore, what better way to celebrate a great year than by organising a Christmas Party?We’re blessed with a wealth of lovely country hotels in this little corner of Sussex, so we chose one of the best. Set in 170 acres of stunning private gardens and parkland, Alexander House is both a boutique retreat and an unsurpassed destination spa in the heart of the Sussex countryside.
With tastefully designed, luxurious bedrooms, a two AA Rosette restaurant and award winning Utopia Spa, Alexander House was the place for us.
We spent the afternoon relaxing and beautifying in the Spa before popping back to our rooms to get changed. We met back at the Champagne bar for pre-dinner drinks (so far, so sophisticated). The meal was a delight during which we sampled the extensive, world class wine list featuring over 200 bins!
Then the disco started. I think 'oh dear' is the only way to describe the dance floor activities of the pseudo-sophisticates that make up FrogBox Marketing.
Fortunately, the casino opened and our attention turned to the serious business of trying to make it look like we were seasoned gamblers with a game plan.
Needless to say we lost our shirts and retired to the library where we drank until the early hours playing the funniest game of charades that I have ever experienced around a roaring log fire.
