Contractor Plus - Approved Contractor

Being the one that hold the purse strings, there’s not too much that I can divulge over these pages due not least to client confidentiality.

However, I will endeavour to enlighten you with things that I feel you may find interesting regarding my larger administrative role within the company from time to time.

So, in between book keeping, administration and keeping the creative types on the ground this month I’ve been working on our health and safety policy. Oh joy.

We do now have a fully up to date H&S and Environmental Policy along with a fire risk assessment and a premises risk assessment so we’re fully compliant. Even down to the small things that we have to communicate to our staff including ‘do not use a laptop whilst driving’, ‘do not physically abuse people’ and ‘don’t take drugs whilst at work’; I kid you not.

All this hard work has enabled us to gain the ‘Contractor Plus - Approved Contractor’ mark.
