The opportunity to perform in front of 20,000 does not come along for every singer, dancer or entertainer, especially for 'amateur' ones. However, this opportunity of a lifetime is the prize in store for one lucky performer or performing troupe! Queens Arcade and the Cardiff Blues have combined forces to showcase and celebrate the best of Cardiff's talented singers, dancers and performers, sprinkling a little fairy dust of their own over Cardiff and make Christmas extra special for the winner.
Since its launch earlier this month, on Facebook and on air with Red Dragon, the Xmas Factor has attracted a stream of talented performers from all over the region, including Cardiff, Barry, Cwmbran and Newport keen to be involved in this celebration of music, dance and entertainment. Tomorrow sees the culmination of these auditions and two live showcases on the Mall over the past two weekends with performances by 26 acts keen to take the prize.
